Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational squash players in the age group of 18-40 years of all genders. Playing for at least from last 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players diagnosed with inflammatory, infective, traumatic, endocrinal condition affecting shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, spine, hip, knee, ankle, foot. Players with any recent surgeries. Players not willing to participate.
