Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 All the patients coming to our department aged between 40-70 years for MRI brain except patients with features of trigeminal neuralgia, hemi facial spam or conditions mimicking trigeminal neuralgia and hemi facial spasm and patients with history of such conditions. 2. Sex - both male and female 3. Patient giving consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with features/history of Trigeminal neuralgia 2. Patient with features/history of Hemi facial spasm 3. Patients with features/history of conditions mimicking Trigeminal neuralgia and Hemifacial spasm (chronic facial pain, migraine, middle ear disease etc.)
