Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female individuals aged between 18 to 40 years experiencing early-age hair fall will be eligible for participation. 2. Participants must demonstrate adequate reading ability, equivalent to a sixth-grade level. 3. The age range of 18 to 40 years ensures a focused study on early-age hair fall within a specific demographic. 4. Inclusivity of both genders ensures a representative sample for comprehensive analysis. 5. Willingness to actively engage and participate in the study is a crucial criterion for inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of neurological diseases are excluded to maintain a homogeneous study group. 2. Known cases of psychiatric diseases are excluded to minimize confounding variables. 3. Exclusion of individuals with specified health conditions such as renal failure, paralysis, Parkinson’s disease, severe anemia, malignancy, pregnancy, lactation, syphilis, AIDS, leprosy, and bleeding disorders ensures a focused study on early-age hair fall without significant comorbidities. 4. The ability to perform yogic practices is a criterion to ensure participants can actively engage in the prescribed interventions. 5. Individuals who have undergone surgery on the head are excluded to prevent potential interference with the study outcomes.

The incorporation of Yoga and Ayurveda significantly reduces early-age hair fall in individuals aged 18 to 40. To reduce early-age hair fall to below 50 hairs per day through the incorporation of yogic techniques and Ayurvedic interventions.Timepoint: 45 Days

To assess the efficacy of Ayurvedic medication in conjunction with yogic practices in managing early-age hair fall, with specific attention to addressing underlying causes such as nutritional deficiencies and lifestyle factors.Timepoint: 45 Days
