Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females who belong to age group 20 to 35 years and are educated till at least higher secondary school. Females who are married and are planning their first pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Females who belong to a medical or paramedical background and females who are unwilling to participate
