Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Individuals (male and female both) 2. Aged between 18-25 years 3. Willing to provide informed consent 4. Participants with spiritual interest

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Regular yoga practitioner 2. Those with spine issues, psychiatric conditions, or chronic disease 3. Individuals with active substance use
