Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers studying in MBBS at KMC Manipal and AUA Antigua.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: I. Participants who are practicing yogasana/exercise regularly. II. Participants who are doing meditation regularly. III. Participants who under medication for any illness.

| The proposed study will show the effectiveness of traditional yoga and RM practice in improving mental health, quality of life, and academic performance in AUA and MAHE, Manipal, medical students, using innovative techniques such as VR models. These findings may contribute to the growing body of evidence supporting the implementation of traditional yoga and RM practice as a complementary intervention for promoting mental health, well-being, and academic success among medical students. Timepoint: Primary (pre-intervention) data will be recorded at the baseline. Post-intervention data will be recorded after 8 weeks of training. Follow-up data will be recorded after 3 months. | — |
