Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with age related cataract Patients in the age between 40 and 80 years Patient willing to give consent for study and follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with diabetes mellitus. Patient with mature, hypermature, traumatic and complicated cataract. Patient with history of autoimmune disorders, chronic inflammatory disorders. Patient with immunodeficiency status. Patient on treatment for elevated IOP, on oral steroids, immunomodulatory therapy, on oral non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Patients with pseudoexfoliation.
