Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with the age group of 18 and 65 years old with no medical history of illness. Participants must be comfortable with and able to use virtual reality equipment. Participants must have the cognitive ability to understand the tasks and follow instructions throughout the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe psychiatric conditions such as severe depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia. Participants with any comorbid or comorbid disease or any concurrent drugs that affect emotional states. Participants with a history of substance abuse or currently under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Individuals with severe visual or hearing impairments that cannot be corrected. Participants with conditions that make the use of VR problematic (e.g., severe motion sickness, vertigo). Individuals who have previously participated in a similar EEG-based emotion recognition study within the last six months. Participants with metallic implants in the head or neck region that might interfere with EEG signals. Individuals with intellectual disabilities that would prevent them from understanding the study requirements or tasks without assistance

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome of the study is providing different emotions connecting with brain waves and its accuracy rate.Timepoint: The outcome of the results will be assessed once the data is completely recorded from all required participants. typically after 4 weeks from data collected.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
functional connectivity of brain mapping towards emtoionsTimepoint: Once the data is recorded, the analysis will be processed, & at the final part of the analysis, the functional connectivity of brain mapping will result. estimated 5 weeks from data recorded
