Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female Bharatanatyam dancers aged between 18 to 35 years 2. Minimum of 5 years of regular Bharatanatyam practice 3. No major injuries in the past 2 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dancers with current or chronic injuries 2. Pregnant or lactating mothers 3. On any medication for psychological, sleep disturbances, cardio-respiratory problems, and Oral contraceptives 4. Classical dancers other than Bharatanatyam
