Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40 to 55 years old. Individuals with grade 2 or 3 for knee OA Kellgren Lawrence grade . Radiographic criteria Presence of osteophytes & Joint space narrowing . Clinical criteria Knee pain , stiffness , limited function , crepitus. Body Mass Index BMI between 18.5 and 40 kg per m . Both Male and Female are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age Less than 45 years or greater than 55 years Recent knee surgery or arthroscopy Within the past 6 months Knee joint infection or septic arthritis Active or recent infection Severe knee OA Kellgren Lawrence grade 4. Individuals with systemic disorders such as neurological , cardiovascular , respiratory or psychological conditions. Individuals with Cognitive impairment or dementia. Contraindications for BFR training Deep vein thrombosis, peripheral artery disease, or other circulatory impairments
