Inclusion criteria: All the first year residents getting admission in the department of anaesthesiology Students giving written informed consent will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Doctors who could not give consent due to their lack of interest to participate in the study Pregnant doctors Those with disabilities
