Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Taking above 3score on a likert scale for muscle soreness 2. Minimum1yearofplaying experience 3. Experiencing muscle soreness or tightness 4. Actively training or competing 5. Willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of recent musculoskeletal injury or surgery 2. Neurological or systemic disorders 3. Skin sensitivity or allergy to cold therapy 4. Currently undergoing other physiotherapy treatments
