Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pt Having Classical Symptoms of Manyasthambha. Pt Who are Fit For Nasya Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: congenital condition of cervical spine. Patients with traumatic injuries to spine, infection of bone and gross bony deformity other cervical spine pathology.
