Intervention1: integrated school baed intervention: a education session will be conducted on sexual health of the adolescent. followed by physical fitness and yoga session for 20 minutes each. 3 times

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents aged 14 to 19 years of age. Both males and female participants Adolescents who are present during the data collection in higher secondary school and high schools. Samples who willing to sign informed assent and a written parental consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescent who are out of schools. Adolescents with any diagnosed health conditions.
