Intervention1: Intravenous fluid therapy with Normal Saline: Carotid ultrasound doppler would be done to measure the right side carotid corrected flow time. If the carotid Ftc value is less than 340.7

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and ASA 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neck trauma or surgery. Presence of rhythm disorder, cardioverters or implantable pacemakers. Presence of severe heart disease such as cardiomyopathy or valvular heart disease. Renal impairment.

Evaluation whether pre-rehydration based on carotid corrected flow time can reduce the incidence of hypotension after general anesthesia induction in elderly patientsTimepoint: Mean Arterial Pressure and Blood pressure is monitored for every 1 minute for the first 5 minutes and then every 3 minutes for the next 10 minutes post-induction
