Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individual with age 20 and above Optically clear cornea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with previous history of ocular surgery. 2.Active contact lens uses. 3.Active ocular infection or inflammation. 4.Hypersensitivity to study medication. 5.K/C/O systemic illnesses that cause dry eye. 6.H/o using other ocular medications causing dry eye.
