Inclusion criteria: Patients aged above 18 years, diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Critically ill patients, Patients with psychiatric and neurodegenerative illnesses, Pregnant and lactating women, Patients who refuse to give informed consent
