Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Postoperative patients with Fistula in Ano are advised to undergo Avagaha Sweda and Dhoopana karma 2 Patients between the age groups of 20-70 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed cases of systemic disease like Tuberculosis HIV HBsAg uncontrolled Diabetes etc 2 Patients with locomotive disability 3 Patient with obesity II BMI more than 25Kg per M2 4 Mentally challenged individuals 5 Patients with a known allergy to fume and bronchial Asthma 6 Patients with fulminating infection
