Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are willing to participate in the study with minimum of 10 natural teeth are included. Patients diagnosed with any type or stage of cancer, but is deemed to undergo anti-CTLA4 immunotherapy as a part of cancer treatment. Patients diagnosed with Stage II and III periodontitis according to classification proposed by World workshop of Periodontology , 2017
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who had undergone periodontal therapy within the previous 6 months Patients who underwent immunotherapy within the past one year Patients undergoing immunotherapy other than anti-CTLA4 Patients with type I & II diabetes mellitus Patients with any systemic inflammatory condition apart from cancer and periodontitis
