Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with asymptomatic lumbar lordosis Mechanical back pain Subjects who can comprehend command and willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgeries Spinal fracture Females in the post-partum period Lumbar radiculopathy Lumbar spondylosis
