Inclusion criteria: patients having signs and symptoms of Kastaratava ex painful mensturation Nausea Vomitting Breast tenderness Headache and history of regular Menstrual cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Irregular periods Trauma Patients Anatomical Anomaly Systemic Reproductive tract pathology
