Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of cancer with NRS more than or equal to 3 Able to read and write English or Hindi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cancer disease that was too severe for them to complete the questionnaire. Patients with severe infection, respiratory failure, severe hepatic or renal failure. Women who were pregnant or lactating. Those with a history of opioid dependence and on Naltreoxone.
