Inclusion criteria: 1) Worker should be Indian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Worker having past or current history of cancer. 2) Pregnant woman. 3) Lactating woman.

The aim of the pilot study is to compare the expression of miRNA in exhaled breath condensate (EBC) and blood (gold standard), between the malignant pleural mesothelioma patients or asbestos exposed lung cancer patients and current or former asbestos exposed cancer free controls to identify reliable biomarkers of cancer.Timepoint: 1 year
