Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders were included. Subjects aged 60-75 years (healthy young old age) with a Timed Up and Go (TUG) score greater than 10 seconds but less than 13 seconds.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects associated with severe cognitive impairments, severe musculoskeletal conditions, or other neurological disorders such as traumatic brain injury, parkinsonism, labyrinthitis, stroke.
