Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who can read and comprehend English Individuals with a minimum of Degree education Individuals who obtain a score above 5 on SRQ Those individuals with obtain mild to moderate scores on Becks Anxiety Inventory Becks Depression Inventory II Hamilton Anxiety scale Hamilton Depression Rating scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with debilitating physical condition Individuals with a past history of psychiatric condition and who have been on treatment for the same Individuals with any neurological condition
