Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age Group Between 18 years To 30 Years 2.Male Subjects Only 3.Over Head Athletes Diagnosis As Bicipital Tendinopathy 4.Diagnosis made by orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine physician 5.Speed Test, Neer Test, Yergason Test-positive Over Head Athletes 6.Subjects Who Are Not Involved In Specific Technique Shoulder Joint Training Intervention For Past 6 Months

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent Fracture In Upper Limb 2.Upper Limb Related Neurological Impairment 3.Rheumatoid Arthritis 4.Hyper Mobility Of Joints
