Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male football players aged 18 to 25 years. Participants with a minimum of 2 years of football playing experience. Participants currently engaged in regular football training ,minimum 12 hours per week. No history of lower limb injuries in the past 6 months. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent
