Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-25 years male javelin throwing players. 2. Practicing at least for more than 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any recent injuries, fractures to the upper limb, lower limb and spine in past 6 months. 2. Individual fixed spinal deformity.
