Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients having symptoms of dengue fever will be selected irrespective of sex religion economic status education and occupation patient having dengue ns1 antigen test report positive patient having dengue igm report positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with severe vomiting and diarrhea and those who cannot take medicine orally dengue along with other chronic diseases and its assocoated complication platelets count less than 30000

To evaluate the efficacy of haridradi kwath in the management of dengue fever with special reference to pittaj jwar as an add on effect To eveluate the add on effect of haridradi kwath in pittaj jwar To evaluate the add on effect of haridradi kwath in thrombocytopeniaTimepoint: Treatment will be given for 10 days haridradi kwath given as an add on effect will be given with Standard Treatment followup and asessment will be done on 3 rd and 5 th day
