Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Avabahuk with symptoms like shoulder joint pain, restricted movements of shoulder and tenderness at shoulderjoint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of Neurogenic Shock or trauma or sight of blood 32 2. Skin infection at the place of puncture 3. History of injury, fracture to upper limb 4. Any type of comorbidity like diabetes, hypertension etc. 5. Patient on anticoagulant medications 6. Pregnant Women
