Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinically and radiologically confirmed any stroke. Spasticity at MAS scale 2/3. Brunnstorm stage recovery 3-4
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Local site infection. Contracture of UL. Allergy to phenol or botulinum toxin
