Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No history of prior treatment for the OSMF. Patients with OSMF stage II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known history of hypersensitivity to Haritaki ksheerbala oil Dexamethasone Hyluronidase and Lycopene. Patients who are diagnosed with other intra oral lesions. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Those who have received prior treatment for OSMF. Medically compromised patients
