Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteer will be considered who will fulfill the diagnostic criteria for PMSS Women who have Premenstrual Syndrome score 41 to 80 or more than 80 having anxiety for 3 consecutive menstrual cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Menorrhagia Oligomenorrhea Metrorrhagia PCOD Uterine fibroid Hypothyroidism Hyperthyroidism Respiratory diseases Nasal obstruction Allergic Rhinitis Women who are on oral contraceptive pills Contraindications for Pratimarsh Nasya Dust pinas or madyapit or krimidushit murdhna or abalshotra
