Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of Insomnia. 2.Patients of age group 65 yrs and above. 3.Patients of all genders. 4.Patients of all socioeconomic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having psychiatric illness Patients having drug induced insomnia Patients having carcinoma and suspected immunocompromised condition

To study the effectiveness of individualized homoeopathic medicine in comparison to controlled group in management of insomnia in geriatric age groupTimepoint: Time points up to 12 months or if remission occurs whichever earlier

To Compare pre and post treatment values with insomnia severity index scale in comparison to controlled group among the patients of insomnia in geriatric age groupTimepoint: time points for clinical outcome assessment with insomnia severity index scale will be done at the baseline 0,3,6,9,12 months;To study the therapeutic medicine used in management of insomnia in geriatric age groupTimepoint: time points for follow up of each case will be done in one month or if remission occurs whichever earlier
