Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age group between 18-25 years. 2) Both male and female players. 3) Players having minimum one year experience of badminton. 4) District level badminton players.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Any orthopedic or neurological condition reported by the participants recently. 2) Any reported surgery within 6 months.
