Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female recreational badminton players aged 18 30 years Players identified with arm fall dysfunction (Less than 180 shoulder flexion) using OHSA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players undergoing current physiotherapy or rehabilitation Presence of musculoskeletal disorders affecting shoulder mobility History of shoulder surgery or acute injury in the past 6 months
