Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with cleft lip and palate planned for surgery, presenting in the anesthetic assessment clinic at SRM MCH RC 2. Mother or primary caretaker of children with cleft lip and palate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. American society of Anaesthesia class 3 or above 2. Nonconsenting mother
