Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluates the therapeutic potential of Shiv Stratum and Shiv Rudrashtakam a specific music composition in influencing blood pressure systolic and diastolic and pulse rate focusing on its effectiveness as a complementary intervention for stress and cardiovascular health managementTimepoint: 1 months on alternate days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Stress and Anxiety Levels Assess changes in self reported stress and anxiety levels using validated psychological scales before and after listening Respiratory Rate Measure changes in respiratory rate as an indicator of relaxation and autonomic response Subjective Well Being Evaluate participants subjective feelings of calmness relaxation or focus using a simple Likert scale or qualitative feedback Heart Rate Variability Analyze HRV to understand the effect of Shiv Stratum on autonomic nervous system balanceTimepoint: 1 months on alternate days
