Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All ACM patients diagnosed by Padua criteria 2022 Gene positive First degree relative of ACM mutation. Unexplained arrhythmias testing positive for ACM genes Unexplained cardiomyopathy with and without conduction system disease with ACM gene positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-ACM patients. ACM patients below 18 years of age. Patients not giving consent.
