Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Participants must currently be playing football, either professional or semiprofessional. - Age group between 18-30 years - Players with at least 1 year of experience in regular football training or competition. - Players with and without an injury history can be included to capture a wide range of views about injury and prevention. - Players who are able to speak in English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who paly Football along with other sports 2) Chronic medical conditions that severely limit participation in sports. 3) Recent severe injuries unrelated to football that affect their ability to reflect on football specific injury prevention
