Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group Adolescents 10 to 19 years Both male and female players Collegiate athlete who played at university or higher level Players who engaged in regular badminton training for more than 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with Musculo skeletal injury neurological condition cognitive disorder or any other condition that may affect the participation Those who participate in sports other than badminton Players who are irregular in practice for more than 3 months
