Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects willing to participate in the study Stiff shoulder at least 3 months duration. Idiopathic frozen shoulder. Limited range if motion (Abduction , external rotation ) 40to 65year age group, Bilateral /unilateral frozen. shoulder Both male and female are included. Frozen shoulder( unilateral )( stage 2 and stage 3)With or without DM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: peripheral nerve injury, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, malignancies and rotator cuff pathologies were excluded .Thoracic outlet syndrome Unstable shoulder fractureShoulder dislocationComplex regional pain syndrome Taking pain medication excluded
