Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals physically active for past 6 months at least. People scoring more than 600 MET in IPAQ-SF. People residing in Mumbai.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sedentary individuals that aren t engaged in structured physical activity. Individuals diagnosed with metabolic disorders or chronic illness that could affect physical activity. People scoring less than 600 MET in IPAQ-SF.
