Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Screening - All adults aged 18 and above, adolescents from 12-17 years, both gender, native of the study area for the past 1 year Behavioural - All pregnant women who attended the antenatal care clinic in Anganwadi centre in the last 1 year will be included in this study. All consenting male and female students from 6th to 10th standard studying in the selected schools without any pre-existing critical health conditions and not intending to leave school in the next year will only be included in the program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Screening - Unwilling or unable to participate Behavioural - Pregnant women who present with impaired verbal comprehension, visual impairment, or physical or psychological conditions that could interfere with comprehension and/or autonomy in consent to participate, mothers who are categorized as risk pregnancy and medically advised to avoid physical activity will be excluded.
