Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 45 and above diagnosed with stroke who use a cane for assistance, including both males and females. Participants must have used a cane regularly or intermittently for at least 4 weeks prior to the study. Participants must be able to complete the 10-Meter Walk Test (10MWT) and Berg Balance Scale (BBS) assessments with assistance. Participants must have postural control to perform trunk dynamometer test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants having severe, uncontrolled medical conditions (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, advanced cardiovascular disease, or active cancer) that could hinder safe participation in physical assessments. Individuals with severe musculoskeletal injuries, fractures, or condition like severe arthritis that prevent cane use or pose a risk of further injury. Participants using assistive devices other than cane. Participants with MSK injuries, fractures using cane for transient duration. Patients who are not willing to participate.
