Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Class 1 and 2 2. Patients with written informed consent 3. Patients Undergoing Colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic use of drugs like benzodiazepine, neuroleptics and anti-convulsant for more than 30 days 2. Hypersensitivity reaction to drugs used in the study 3. BMI >35kg/m2 4. Psychiatric patients 5. Inadequate patient preparation 6. History of anticipated difficult intubation 7. Patients with ASA class 3 and 4 8. Patients on steroid medication or presence of any steroid deficiency 9. History of seizure disorder 10. Patients with clinical suspicion of intestinal obstruction or any stenotic colon tumor
