Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I. Subjects having possible matching in literacy and socio-economic background. II. Subjects meditating at least half hour in a day, for minimum 5 days in a week for more than 1 year will be included in meditating group. III. Subjects other than above criteria (ii) or who does not meditate in their daily life will be included in non-meditating group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Subjects not willing to participate. II. Subjects having major psychiatric illness under psychiatric treatment.
