Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Postmenopausal individuals aged 45-70 years. Clinically diagnosed with genitourinary syndrome of menopause. Presence of symptoms such as vaginal dryness, itching, dyspareunia, and urinary discomfort. Absence of contraindications for fractional CO2 laser therapy. Patients giving written informed consent will be taken Early UV prolapse (stages more than 2)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of pelvic malignancy. Active genital or urinary infections. Previous pelvic radiation therapy. Severe coagulation disorders or use of anticoagulant medication History of autoimmune diseases affecting the genitourinary system Previous bone surgery or having implant Patient having organ prolapse greater than stage 2 Patients who received hormonal replacement therapy within 6 month Patients who received vaginal medication/treatment within 1 month Inability to comply with the study protocol or attend scheduled follow-up visits
