Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients clinically diagnosed as vataj and kaphaj abhyantar arsha. 2)Age group- 20 years to 60years 3) Irrespective of Gender and Religion 4)Patients with Duration of Complaints less than 6 months. 5) Pile mass palpated or seen by proctoscopy or per rectal examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pittaj,raktaj, sannipataj, sahaj arsha 2) piles associate with perianal abscess, fissure, fistula 3) rectal prolapse, rectal polyps 4) piles with complications as infection, thrombosed 5) pregnancy 6) acute anal stricture with complications 7) known case of hiv, hbsag Ca rectum, tb, ulcerative colitis
