Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i Players with experience of more than 1 year in badminton ii Age group 16 years to 25 years iii Both male and female population will be included. iv None will be on medication or hormonal therapies. v No chronic disease such as hypertension and hyperglycemia, and no other diagnosed disease. vi Must be free from injury in the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i Players with experience of less than 1 year. ii Age group of more than 25 years of age and less than 16 years. iii Players were diagnosed with serious musculoskeletal injuries. iv Smokers and Alcoholic v H/O of endocrine disorders
